Torchia Communications welcomes new clients: Historic Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course and The Mid-Ohio School
Toronto, March 25, 2014 – Torchia Communications has been named Public Relations Agency of Record for Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course and The Mid-Ohio School, two renowned properties in the motorsports and automotive arenas. Torchia will provide full-service Public Relations for the historic track, its roster of exciting events and acclaimed driving school with a focus on Media Relations, Marketing Communications, Social Media and Business-to-Business Communications.

The program of work includes publicity of driver appearances and sponsor/series events, onsite media management, content marketing and management of social media for the events and school. The team will be led by Daniel Torchia and Kathleen Stelmach from the agency’s Toronto office and Paul Vaillancourt out of Montreal.
Mid-Ohio is home to five pillar motorsports events including the Honda Indy 200 at Mid-Ohio, Nationwide Children’s Hospital 200, Mechanics Bank Vintage Grand Prix of Mid-Ohio, AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days and Buckeye Superbike Weekend presented by Dunlop Tire.
