Canada’s brightest young scientists will be in Regina, May 14-20, for the 56th edition of the Canada-Wide Science Fair, and Torchia Communications is delighted to be by their side. For a second consecutive year, the agency is working with Youth Science Canada and the local host committee to ensure steady communication to local and national media, as well as direct-to-the-public communication through the event’s social media platforms – and onsite, on the campus of the University of Regina.
The event features 500 students and their 400 projects that have earned top marks at regional science fairs across the country. The event is expected to attract about 6,000 visitors, making this Canada’s largest youth science competition. Visitors will include 500 volunteers, 350 judges, 200 chaperones and members of the public.
Members of the public are welcome to attend the fair from May 18 to 20 in the Centre for Kinesiology, Health and Sport at the University of Regina.
