Torchia Communications is seeking the services of an Account Manager and Senior Advisor for its flourishing Montreal office.

In this role, you will supervise projects and be in direct contact with our clients, while assuming the leadership of a dynamic team.
Do you master both official languages, both written and oral, and you are a fine strategist with a team spirit and able to handle several files at once? Do you have at least 10 years of experience in a public relations agency and, ideally, have you also worked on the client side? Getting off the beaten track is second nature to you? Do you like challenges and new customers? Do you enjoy exceeding their expectations?
Do you demonstrate leadership and a great ability to lead and mobilize a team based on the issues? Are you a very well organized person, able to take on multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines? If so, this role may be tailored to your needs.

- Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, journalism or related studies.
- A minimum of 10 years experience in the field of public relations and / or communications.
- Agency experience.
- Proven results in public relations, customer service and account management.
- Flawless writing and editing skills in both English and French.
- Experience in traditional and digital communications.
- Ability to harmonize strategic thinking and implementation of proposed strategies.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team spirit.
